STEP
1 - Receive:
The first step in any project is to actively
seek out input from the client; through in-depth discussion and
interviews, we learn not only about problems that the client has
identified, but also about root causes and additional issues of
which the client was not aware and/or were not clearly defined;
with this information, we can design a set of solutions that works
to resolve the problems of today and protect against the potential
challenges of tomorrow.
STEP 2 - Research:
With a clear picture of our customer needs
and a well-defined set of deliverables, we initiate the research
phase of our project; from primary literature searches, to patent
reviews, to phone surveys, gathering information toward an effective
research solution is our core competency; we also maintain and
cultivate an extensive network of subject matter experts to complement
our internal knowledge base and provide additional perspective.
STEP 3 - Results:
All information gathered during the research
phase is collected and viewed from the perspective of the client
as determined in Step 1; final reports are not merely a summary
of isolated data, but a professional synthesis of how that data
fits together, where is it trending, what opportunities and obstacles
does it present for the client, and what are the best strategic
options going forward.
