Internal technology review – what are the strengths and weaknesses of a client’s R&D program? How does it fit in relation to the existing body of relevant external work? Does it fill a gap or is it duplicative of prior work? What are the distinguishing features of this work that make it valuable? Identify and correct inefficiencies in existing R&D program; suggest new experimental strategies

IP strategy
Survey existing IP, identify significant players, gaps and areas of overlap; suggest potential licensing partners and strategy
Having identified gaps in existing IP, work with client to prepare effective patents; develop optimal IP filing strategy.
